Being registered on The Art Boulevard allows you to do MUCH MORE than simply upload your portfolio.
Today we want to explain to you the things that make The Art Boulevard DIFFERENT from other social networks for artists.
On The Art Boulevard you can upload your portfolio to what we call “Galleries”.
You can also publish information about the events that you’re working on or participating in, or promote a particular event and it will appear in our Agenda in the Café section.
But what really makes The Art Boulevard different is that it is a tool.
“How’s that?” you might ask.
It’s very simple: an artistic project cannot be done alone or without support.
There are lots of crowdfunding platforms out there that help finance these projects, whether it be to make movies, records, events, or any other type of cultural project. However, there aren’t many platforms that allow these same projects to find other resources that are fundamental to their success such as: collaborators to promote/complete/adapt/manage the project; a place to promote/project/record/programme your work; or a venue to publish/ support/produce the piece of work.
The Art Boulevard does all of this!
If you, like many artists, cultural managers or venue representatives, are looking for a venue or someone to participate or help you with your project, or you simply want to promote a call for entries, a competition, scholarship, or residency program… just sign-up to The Art Boulevard and start publishing your announcements or as we call them ‘Opportunities’ in the Café and let the collaboration begin!
Here’s a step-by-step explanation on how to do it:
1. Register. Select the profile best suited to you.
2. Now you can edit and complete your profile, create galleries to show off your work, and create events to promote your activities. Here’s an example of a nice and complete user profile:

3. You can now publish an “Opportunity”, where you can explain what you need in order to pursue your artistic project.
4. This announcement will be automatically published in the section “Opportunities” in The Café.
